How Does It Work?
>Each participant selects 3 goals to focus on during a 90 day period. The three goals are made up of one Recruiting goal, one Production goal and one Management goal. (Hence R.P.M.) The Management goal typically covers either a goal having to do with training, coaching, or retaining.
> Participants dial into a weekly live interactive tele-conference to experience that week's lesson while brainstorming and comparing best-practices with their peers. Each call is facilitated by certified professional coach and author Machen MacDonald CPCC, CCSC who has 15 years experience in the industry as a producer, agency manager and home office executive.
> At the onset of the game players are partnered with an "accountability buddy" and in between each weekly call players communicate daily with their buddy to share their R.P.M. Goals and their committed actions. This serves as daily affirmation of focused of goals and actions.
> For each committed action that is completed a player receives a point. If both buddies complete their committed actions their points are automatically doubled. However, if one of the players does NOT complete all of their committed actions they receive zero points regardless of how many actions they completed. If the buddy completed all of their committed actions they can keep their points they just can't double them. It is imperative to complete all the committed action in order to double the points. This instills accountability. Often people will do more to not let others down than they will to help themselves up. This structure provides a supportive environment of accountability.
